Real issues get tracked and tech team fixes them with a firmware update. ETA for such updates are not known (they will be released when ready!), as it happens to ANY mobile phone brand.

There are real issue, such as random restart, random crashes and function like the fingerprint totally broken. As customers, we are asking for firmware fix to use the smartphone as intended, not an upgrade... And, if blackview is a smartphone manufacter, can relase a fixed firmware in a couple of weeks, not month (or as seems never...).
