Flash new ROM + Custom recovery TWRP + ROOT SuperSU + BusyBox + Viper4Android ... no particular problem, all seems OK.

If I understand correctly, you are in ROOT SuperSU + Custom recovery TWRP and you can flash a ROM manufacturer?
If you have done a tutorial, can you put a link ?. Thank you?.

I did not write a tutorial but it's not difficult ... there is lots of tutorials on internet and on this forum also.
Just follows the steps in order :
- Flash the Rom you want
- Flash Custom recovery TWRP
- Flash SuperSU in TWRP with your OTG connector + mouse (if not, the screen is not responsive)
- Install BusyBox if you need it
- Flash Viper4Android if you need it

No, only by flashing the firmware ...

has updated to the latest version and active facial recognition, when I press the power button twice for the camera, sometimes it tells me that it can not be executed because there is another application in use. SOMEBODY HAD HAPPENED THAT?

I suppose you have an app using camera running in background ...
Check what apps are running in settings/Memory/Memory used by apps/ and give autorisation to kill the background processus camera in settings/apps background/ if needed. Maybe it could help ?

So far, this update appears to be the best release of a ROM for the BV6000 ever. Even the long-standing problem with the capacitive buttons is fixed. I also haven't found other new bugs. The only thing that still doesn't work well is the proximity sensor, but to me this is a minor issue.

I wonder why they have added face recognition but did not bump the Android security patches to latest?
So far so good, flash worked fine. Do not forget to un-tick user data before flashing!

Somehow TWRP does not seem to work for me... Anybody found a TWRP version that works?

Are you sure ?
For me not, even if i beleave yes just after flashing any ROM ...
The problem don't appear when holding phone in hands or when in charge but only after stayed a moment flat on a table and using it just with touch screen and with a tempered glass screen protection. (It work OK without protection)
I think since a long time that it's a quality material problem of touch screen and capacitive keys and depend of date for variable spare parts used for manufacture the phone. (different references used)
If i'm right it's not possible for any software to solve this specific material problem ...
For me i've solved this problem by using app "Swipe navigation" (ROOT needed) and have again with it the function "menu" button that was lost with android 7.
