Perfect.
So, summing up, the simple disabling of the "Standby intelligent power saving" setting, leaving all the other battery settings as stock, will resolve the problem on bluetooth calls. GREAT!

But what about the music playback via bluetooth? di you try it?

Hello, okay i try it now with intelligent energy off.

I order the BV9000 pro, if i have the same problems, i need only to look here...hahaha.

I only want say sorry, i can´t do test and post here, i am only poking....lol.But good i always take a look into this forum.

I am only wondering, that suddenly i have Bluetooth problems and before i had it not. That was the reason why i was asking Blackview to check their updates.

Are you equipping the latest firmware followed by a factory reset?

Yes, I allways update and factory reset as soon as an update appears, because I can't have a decent phone call via Bluetooth... But I've never seen a working fix..

Very very weird as the previous posted fix solved the bluetooth problems for my device, for a friend of mine's device and for other users.
What about duraspeed? try to disable it.

I tried it now several days, and i have to report, the smart energy option "off" did not resolve the disconnection of the headset.
If the screen is on, yes i can talk long as usually, but if i wear it in pocket, it disconnect and i have to wake up the connection by push the button on the headset.
Any suggestions about? i am willed to find out how we get it working.

For sure, Love to the Phone is necessary.

Very strange, i can confirm that me and one of my friends solved all bluetooth issue by using your same settings (apps with battery optimization disabled and smart energy option off).

What about testing another bluetooth headset (or the car's one) and report back?
