I have exactly the same problem. I get the sound inaudible after a few seconds.

Unfortunately also I have this problem I would like to know if it is possible to solve it. It is 1 month that I complain about this and unfortunately we are so many to have this issue with the speaker but nothing happens. Where is your seriousness.

I took the phone to a local assistance and they said that the speaker is defective. The solution is to replace that speaker with a new one, but the problem is that speaker is exclusive so cannot be fixed until i have this piece.

After all, Aliexpress entered the dispute and i received a partial refund of 50 dolars.
I still with the phone problem. I do not understand why you cannot send me, or even sell me the speaker to solve my problem. Admin does not even answer me here.

i have just recieved the bv8000pro and the external speaker doesnt'work at all. If I connect bluetooth speaker or earphones it's ok.

you could open the device to see if the gold contacts are making a connection to the speaker, if not contact your seller

I have also problems with all of the speakers:

1. The loudspeaker started sizzling about an hours after I unpacked the phone and deteriorated - now it cannot be used at all

2. At first I made normal calls but on the second day everybody I called using the phone complained of very low sound level, now I have to shout and they hardly hear me, so the microphone is also defective

3. The ear speaker started sizzling at the end of the second day and now is almost unusable

So - now the phone can be used only with the plugged in headphones or with a bluetooth headset.

I contacted the AliExpress seller and they promised to find a solution. I must say I am very disappointed with this situation - I have also BV5000 and BV6000s and I was very satisfied with these phones. Now I am still using my BV6000s waiting for a solution for the BV8000pro

I have just received the smartphone I bought. Unfortunately it turned out that both speakers do not work properly. Whan I talk to somebody on the phone the voice is so quiet that I can hardly hear the person talking to me. When I try to listen to music the speaker at the back of the phone is sizzling. I have updated software - and now I have 20170718 version. I have also made factory reset. Nothing helped.
What can I do in this situation? Are new udates will be avaible soon?

I have similar problems on bv8000pro, while playing music will use the loudspeaker but suddenly will use the smaller mobile speakers by itself, like autovolume, I have raised the volume loadspeaker manually, it still use the speaker phone, if using a headset or bluetooh speakers, works normal, please help !
