Took the advice and changed the UL. After the change, ppl can now hear me a little bit. Changed de UL to the max, and again a small improvement.
However, in the end, i'm hard to understand by the one I'm calling with. Especially when I'm outside at the construction yard.
Also checked if there are any updates available, but there ain't.

This solution also worked for the speaker wich is good enough now, yet can still be louder I hope in the future.

Hopefully soon an update will come to solve this problem somehow...maybe expand the max range of the UL?

About this issue, we are inspecting on it, but still can not find the exact problem, so it is difficult for us to figure out the solution.

When I had my brand new bv7000_PRO_Blackview_20170411.
The sound of other people on the phone was low and the other people can't hear me good enough. Low volume, little distortion of the voice and in comparing with the voice hard surrounding sounds.
I changed the settings:
Voice NB and WB: receiver, HAC and Speaker all to UL240 and VoiP to 240.
That make some improvement in volume. But still the quality of the audio of my voice in calling is not good enough in comparing to different other phones. And the volume from incoming calls is not loud enough for outdoor use.
It seems all other volume functions can get loud enough so I think the problem is fixable with the audio settings.
Can you tell me what the perfect settings are for outdoor use and better audio quality?
