Same problem. Clicks were presents in android 6 too.

The noise is triggered when the phone is moved. If you hold the phone still while recording the is no clicking noise. But every slight move triggers it.
I also figured out that it has something to do with the exposure.

I also found out that when I shot a video with the inbuild camera of Line (Chatclient like Whatsapp) the sound is cristal clear.

Location Greece,bought from official retailer here in Greece.
I also have a problem when restarting my phone, or shutting down the sound of incoming call resets to default.
