as far i remember, i installed it end of December, and the first message, after running the app, was " FOTA updated".

With the pop-ups, I've always just disabled all notifications for the native launcher, and installed a different launcher. Seems to have worked for me, so far.

This is my second Bv6000. I bought a new one cause my last was excellent with no problems, but was sadly misplaced.

I'm also experiencing lots of pop ups which are making my new phone unusable!
They are every time I unlock phone or select an app to open. It is stopping me from answering calls!

Have done a malware check and get two uninstallable applications. HTMLViewer and wireless update (fota).
I have disabled both but it has not helped.
