Unfortunatly, nothing change after overwriting v20170414 -> the three software buttons are always lazy.
With or without tempered glass protection, i need to use glove mode all the time if i want the phone working with "normal touch".
But when wearing gloves, now, with this issue, the screen is not enough sensitive ...

Admin,
this is reason why we need quickly a serious answer about this problem (patch, update, ...)

My bv is the same. After the update the 3 bottom buttons are not working well. I need heavy pushes a few times on it. When unsetting glove mode its better for a short time. Since a while my bv freezes and restarts a few times a day. Today everytime when i take it out of my jeans and turn it on from standby mode. Google Service crashs after restart ... Battery really lives longer after update, but the display freezes now often in my pocket and battery quickly empty therefore. As long you do not go to standby after restart, the bv works well. But after an hour or so in standby the bv is dead. Before this update i loved this phone. No freeze before. Please fix it or the brand blackview will not sale well any longer. Sorry for my bad german-english. Michael

Completely agreed. I have had the same problem from the start.
Those three capacitive touch buttons are just annoyingly useless under Android 7.0.

My phone is bricked at the moment so I'm thinking of going back to Andoroid 6.0. My phone came with 7 and the problems
were there from the start. Why does everyone want Android 7.0 anyway? Is there an advantage of using Android 7.

Maybe going back to 6.0 is the solution!

It looks like there is a new version, but OTA doesn't work.

OTA does work again.

In any case should you have any problem, here's the firmware for Local Update:
