Any future update on the system? It's been a lot of time from the last update.

I have more than 70 9500 devices and with the version of android 8.1 I have several problems. They could activate the OTA to this IMEI and if the different bugs are solved I would ask them for the following IMEIS

There are bugs and security issues running with an outdated phone. Can I please get an update?

There is no new version of 8.1, and the current version of 10 is not compatible with the previous one

Dear Admin, does your answer mean that we are stuck with a phone that won't have system updates (mainly for security issues) anymore? From my customer point of view, it doesn't look good at all for BV to sell products with a security life of 2 years (at most). I believe an alternative should be proposed by BV.

It's sad to know that Blackview doesn't take care of security issues of the products sold by them, as well as discouraging the customers to buy new phones from them.
Personally, I will not buy anything from Blackview anymore.
