why is there no newer update for the ROM on these BV9500 phones?  Mine is 2019320, and there should apparently be a 20190517 available apparently, but when I check for updates, it says my phone is up to date. 
I have had a software problem with the phone microphone, i believe I had read that it was due to faulty active noise cancellation software.  My phone thinks that it is up to date, but this software issue has never been fixed, and I have always had to talk to people on the phone using either the speakerphone mode, or the headphones/mic.  Now my speakers are failing as well, so I am almost at the end of this BV9500's life unless I can get a software fix, and buy new speakers and charging port. 

It would be nice if the phone could update itself when you select the "Check for updates" link, instead of having to flash an entire new ROM onto.  I'm not willing to risk bricking my phone because Blackview cannot make updates available for automatic installation.  

I would have bought a BV9800 Pro by now if Blackview was able to respond to my inquiries about shipping, and walkie talkie function.   Would like to repair my BV9500 still however, as the battery size is drastically better than the puny BV9900 Pro, and the BV9500 is immensely tougher than the BV10000.

Please help me update this phone.  Thank you.
