It has been confirmed for other phones... You expect that someone else with a BV5800 will confirm this? Check the number of posts and visits on this sub-forum, there's almost no one here compared to BV9500 or BV6000 subforums. If you expect someone else with a BV5800 to confirm this, you might as well tell me that it won't ever be looked at.
If you estimate that it's not worth troubleshooting for a single user of a BV5800 Pro, then please write as such, this way:
- I will stop wasting my time trying to raise issues and trying to troubleshoot. Do you have any ideas how many hours I wasted on this?
- I will report this thread to the seller, and ask for a refund, since Blackview will not assist in troubleshooting, despite having followed all procedures and having the phone replaced under warranty.
