I think hasn nothing to do with cable or charger , it has tot do with the phone.
Kelly wrote me an email , that i will become new cable and charger and tgen no sign from him, no trwcking number nothing ........

If Kelly told she's sending to you a spare new cable and charger, it will come, don't worry. But it obviously needs some time to get shipped and delivered.

In the mean time, guys, I suggest to try the original charger but with another cable. Let me know.

I'm also finding pretty slow charging times. I'm using the stock cable and plug. Took 45 minutes to charge 6% (that was with the phone switched off)

Yes, my first charge from 8% to 100% took over 20 hours. I haven’t been able to fully charge since then. Charged over 40 hours and only 85%. Asked for help on email and chat but no response or 0 help. After sale doesn’t work on website. Horrible experience!!

I also have this problem, charging using original cavle only charge 200-300 mAH.
My temporary solution is using p10000 pro cable. It can charge 2000-3000 mAH

I contact the seller, and they sent a new charger and cable. First day using a new charger+cable, it can charge 2000-3500 mAH, but today it only reach 300 mAH. So i try using p10000 cable again, but it only charge around 300- 600 mAH. So i am confused.

Hi,

With phone powered off, it took 4h to charge completely. When I powered it off, it was at 11%.

Tonight, I don't charge it but I m going to activate Duraspeed. Last time I didnt charge it, I lost 20% in a night with phone in sleep.

I would like to know what Appli use so much battery.

Don't have this problem with BV_BV9500_V1.0_20180814_20180814-1451, what's your ROM version?

By the way, what is your experience with the NFC charging?

Hi everyone,

I have this problem, but only at home, more than 9h for a full charge when at the office its only 3-4h.

Mi ROM is BV_BV9500Pro_V1.0_20180827.

The apps Ampere and AccuBattery show an amperage of 2000 mA at the office and 300 mA at home, with 3.5-4v on both cases. 
To discard the electric system at home, I have tested other androids and the amperage seen is above 1500 mA, it has to be a software issue.

By God, it does not depend on the office or the house. depends on the cable and wall charger you are using

The proposal to update via OTA to the new ROM BV_BV9500_V1.0_20181026_20181026-1924 popped up and as improvements it was stating to solve this issue...
