It looks like there was some incompatibility with the carrier and this phone. Since the time of publication this issue I can't reproduce it, but this one was very annoying.

I noticed three other issues, can you reproduce them?

1. Home button enable flashlight shortcut doesn't work at all
2. Settings for flashlight shortcut (maybe also and others) and the default selected home desktop are reset after phone reloading
3. Just received push notification disappeared right after unlocking the phone

Should I open separate tickets for them and describe them more detailed?

Yeah, please open new tickets about them
Before doing that, take your time to search existing topics about such issues, to avoid fragmentation.
