Hi!
My phone has been automatically upgraded to BV8000Pro-Blackview-V0.1_20170803_20180124-1443.
After it the button MENU (three parallel lines in the left down corner of the phone), which I use to see opened (working) apps changed its function. So, I can not see those apps anymore. But I would like to use this button for this purpose not for any other. What do I have to do to change it back?

The new function of the button emerged after upgrade is not feature of phone as you write here. It changes my phone. When I bought it the MENU button worked as I said - showed me recent apps. I do not want to change features of my phone I bought. Otherwise give me money back!!!

Just long press the menu button to show recent apps. This is NOT a problem guys, c'mon!

Assume it, you're never, ever, going to get a refund (as if the phone was defective) for a feature you don't like or doesn't work as you expected.

The menu button lets you access menu (single touch) and recent apps (long touch), so, as you can see, you can do all the things you want to do. In the past, it was the other way, but, since that's not the usual Android behavior and lots of users complained, Blackview fixed it, 'cause it was wrong. It now works as it should have worked from the very beginning.

If the shop you got the phone from has a policy for returning goods you don't like and getting a refund, and still have time to do it, go ahead, if that's what you want, but you phone IS NOT DEFECTIVE.

By the way, your phone was not automatically upgraded. Either you had already set it up to automatically upgrade, or pressed the upgrade now button.
