1) For the camera problem, if you can't fix it by using the Opencamera App instead of the stock app, i reccomend to reflash your device to the 20171114 or 20171219 version, as the 20171227 carried some camera problems.
2) For the reboot issue, refer to this thread:

Read it carefully.
Hi!
Thanks for your response.
1) Opencamera doesn't help. Ok, I've tried both 1114 and 1219 with no effect. Even made factory reset through the factory mode.
So, now I don't have working camera, even can't read QR code.
F - frustration.
Any ideas?
2) For the reboot issue I didn't find any solution in the mentioned thread. Hope after reflashing this problem will be gone.
Thanks.
If you can't solve your camera issue by flashing to a factory resetted 20171114 firmware version + using Opencamera app, there's nothing more i can do to help you at the moment. Your problem is definitely not reproducible, and i'm starting to think that it may be caused by a faulty camera focus module instead of a software bug.
I suggest you to wait for the new upcoming firmware to be flashed or to directly contact your seller for a replacement under warranty.
Consider also that we need to stop going off-topic, as this topic refers to a camera bug wich was carried by the 20171227 update (not your case).
