Ok, just saw your video. I need you to check other 3 things and report back:

1) Try to disable your SIM data connection and use only wifi

2) Try to set your device into high performance mode ("Batteria">"Prestazioni e risparmio energetico"> "Modalità alte prestazioni")

3) Try to use only one SIM
