I have the same problem after the update. Sometimes the bottom buttons are working fine, but sometimes they don't respond. Resetting to factory defaults not helping

There are many updates available since the January versions, first thing is to update to the latest firmware then check again

Parcheval, we're talking about the latest update that messed up the touchscreen work.

I found that if after the updates 0719 and after reset to factory settings glove mode is enabled by default.
if it does not touch - the touchscreen works well.
if at least once to disable "glove mode" and we receive the faulty work of a touchscreen that is corrected only by re-flashing.
But before you upgrade 0719 this was not and |"glove mode" can be switched on and off many times without problems.

It's normal, 0708 is the latest android 7 ROM for BV6000.
0719 is android 6 ROM with google certification ...

Are you on Android 6 or Android 7? As much as my phone is working well under the latest Android 7.0 update I am thinking of moving back to Android 6.0 to get glove mode back. I will only do that if the three buttons at the bottom of the phone work well (like they do now in the latest Android 7.0 update) in Android 6.0.

Before when I tried Android 6.0 on my phone, the buttons were terrible. I understand Android 6.0 has better battery economy too. Correct me if I'm wrong!

I am on android 7 (0708) but the problem is more "large" ...
Blackview team make a big fault at the beginning because they put different components in BV6000 (screens, speakers, etc ...)
Result is that now, when bugs are related by users, fix updates are good for someone and bad for others because problems are not only software but software/material mixed ...
I think that there will be no solution for all users but each one now have to test the better ROM configuration for him (with necessary flash and reflash ROMs)
I hope BV6000 will be a good lesson for BV team ... not sure. ;)

I already reported the softkey issue in this version. I hope it can be fixed in an other update soon.

For all users that have issues with the touchscreen or with softkey buttons with this Firmware version 20170719:

Please input *#*#116#*#* in dialing interface and will come out some information, we need this information to diagnose the problem.
Press the power and volume(-) long time to get the screenshot and send us.

Please also tell us if you changed the glove mode settings after the update to 20170719.
