if you bought it from aliexpress then you have a year long warranty for all software problems

okay, but how warranty. the costs of shipping fee already bought the phone can send and receive passes. software is most likely not to originate from. such as hardware failure. because I bought two phones. the other problem is there.
now I am trying to negotiate with the seller but to no avail. the company sends the Board here if I can get to maybe fix it. but I don't know how to get to the company. me they would send it within the warranty of the motherboard?

Прошивка плохая! Аппарат хороший а прошивка плохая.
1. Плохо работает 3G - выбираешь в настройках только 3G она пишет что ДА а на самом деле НЕТ, (надо через инженерное меню ставить тогда всё хорошо).
2. С автоматической яркостью плохо, хочет работает, хочет не работает.
3. Постоянно вылетает приложение ТЕЛЕФОН - контакты ему не нравятся (другое приложение работает хорошо).
4. Аккумулятор большой но держит так же как на других брендах 4000, (скорее всего это из за прошивки).
5. Не все пункты в настройках переведены на русский язык.
6. Модуль связи слабый, берёшь в руки телефон и связь ухудшается (скорее всего это из за прошивки).
Если сделать хорошую прошивку тогда можно и дороже продавать.
