Seller has contacted me over the regular AliExpress messaging channel.

They are asking me to proof the phone is coming from their shop and the IMEI is not enough (!?). They ask for the manufacturing stamp which can hardly be read as it is placed on a edge of the watertight seal, which makes me think that the watertight seal may not be as tight as initially thought .....

new pictures attached, but the sticker was placed in a bad case edge....

as this is taking long, I did open it and check the power interruptor.... it's in good shape, the issue seems to be in the main board.... :-(

Hi,

do you have any commercial invoice when buying the smartphone,
if yes , then it can prove you buy from them .

the email from Aliexpress... the phone came with a paper with the address and customs value, that's all..... no serial number or imei on the invoice....

why is it so hard to get the warranty protection in place?, why is the seller so difficult?, dont they realize that this experience posted in a few Internet review places or forums could hurt their brand and yours?

ok , we will help you to contact the re-seller to solve the problem,
you can contact our after sale stuff to tell they your name,country and
email , they will help you to contact the re-seller .

one question about the warranty coverage for the BV5000:
Is the warranty coverage for the BV5000 a world-wide warranty ?,
or only the seller can provide the warranty coverage ?

I'm located in Belgium and I notice you have an agent in Greece. Having a WW warranty coverage would make things much easier for me.

Hi ,

In fact, it will be better for you to talk with seller about warranty ,
if they decide to fix or repair it for you , they will finally shipped
it to us .

Right, and if the seller does not reply to my messages or request ?, Will you let me down ?

From this thread It seems you can only help me trying to get the seller to answer to my messages, which they do not answer. The last message from the seller they've ask for the picture of the fancy Chinese written sticker, and no further comms after that.

btw: your after sales dept did not (yet?) answer to my message request either.
I have a pretty bad felling about this story ....
