hello everyone, in the dial interface, type the *#*#114#*#* to enter into another interface, and send us the screenshot, we will help to figure out the problem.

When will there be an update that fixes this annoying bug? With the touchscreen being the most important part when it comes to interaction with a modern phone, ALL PRIORITIES of the developers should be laid on fixing this bug as soon as possible. I can somehow work with the phone when glove mode is on, but it is then super-sensitive and often assumes a click or touch when there was none... Please, FIX THIS SOON!

All Admin answers about this problem are allways "downgrade version", "upgrade next version", "factory reset", "Return to Android 6", "please be patient", etc ... ;)
Users needs only a Nougat 7 version with all functions working correctly (glove mode, GPS time fixed, etc ...)
... just normal things for many other phone constructors ...

it's called troubleshooting, you find the problem and then fix it, if they cant replicate the problem and fix it then they ask you and if the problem still persists they can work from there.

My BV6000 dated nov 2016 totally lost it's touch sensibility this morning in a region in the lower part of the screen.
The screen region is located so that I cannot unlock neither SIM-card nor the lock-screen!
I even can't enter the *..##... code given by admin.

Doing the backup now (phone still reachable by myPhoneExplorer), should take until about 15:00 MET today
then i'll try to wipe - (and may be wine afterwards) and then patch

what a wate of time! If someone has a better advice - I'll be glad to read it here...

BTW: yesterday evening the phone still was FINE, and it has not been dropped, overheated or updated/patched by me

What the hell is going on here!?

Hi. Try to connect mouse with OTG cable and start touch panel test with code *#87#. If you cannot fill all cells green but those you can are where you touch, your'll probably have to replace your front panel. Squares are filled not where you touch then maybe calibration was lost.
