Hi, i have a new Blackview 6000s but the screen doesn't respond at all. At first it was hard to respond, but now i can't even get in the Phone becausse it has a code on it and the screen doesn't work. Please please help me asap. My son is very sad because his new Phone won't work (bought it today). It came from China and is now in Holland with me. Thanks in advance.

You can choose if you prefer to
- request a device exchange over your seller (easier if bought in online store)
- test in a local mobile repair store if display cable connection is OK (maybe faster)

I read in a post that you can try to unlock
your phone by plugging a mouse into OTG, have to try.
