Yes. For the already delivered ones, we are sorry can not help.
But in the middle June, the BV7000 Pro will be shipped running Android 7 directly.

So for older devices will be upgrade to Android 7 too. Or?

The BV7000 Pro with Android 7.0 will be released soon later.
But we won't plan the Android 7.0 update via OTA or download firmware.

What the hell? Earlier you promised Android 7 update FOR ALL BV7000 PRO PHONES in late may. So it looks like Blackview is typical Chinese company, you release phones with uncomplete shitty software and then completely forget it. No fixes, no security patches, no nothing. This is my last Blackview phone and I'm going to tell everyone to stay away from your products!

Balckview will end the support of the first BV7000 Pro
It is suspected that the hardware is not the same.
This is a great way to lose the confidence of your customers.

If i dont get Android 7 i do thE same. I send my BV back to gearbest!

I still have the nvram error and rooted ROM issue
