In my phone wifi update today working. It was 3 times update - first to version of 20.03.2017, second to version 24.03.2017 and third to version 11.04.2017

Do you have an explanation of why I get an error when I update from firmware 20170224 to firmware 20170320?

Hi, I completed all 3 upgrades, this process was fine.

Issue I have now is that phone shows it is charging, even when it is not plugged in. Worse, even when phone is plugged in, the phone is not actually charging. Currently down to 15%.

Any tips on how to fix?

Please turn it off and reboot your phone, hope this will help.

After update my phone VERY slow charging too - all night 10 hours and only 90%, before update fully charging in 2-3 hours.

Tried reboot, did not work. Phone is now dead, the phone is not charging. Tried multiple outlets including laptop, there is no charge on the phone, it is dead. Any tips?
