I have exactly the same issue, I'm locatet in Italy. Always tells it's charging even unplugged, and the battery level is going down.

Hey there, am having the same issue, the battery went down to 0% so i've tried to charge it with the USB cable but no success, before it happend i had charged it by the same way and with the AC charger but now not working help please!!!

Before it happend I used the OTG cable with a ANT+ USB stick

Same issue, i charged normally by last 3 weeks, but now the bv won't charging anymore.
i cannot try another type-c usb cable because yours is not STANDARD (so stupid!).
the phone had a lot of problems from the beginning i think with 24% charging power left, this will be the last...my huawei in 4 years never had a single problem and i think i've to return this device and go back to my old mobile
so sad :evil:

This sounds like my problem too. I think the OTG cable causes some fault. Blackview have told me to do an update, but as there is no way to do this.

You can do the update using spflash tool and your phone does not need to be on

have you seen that not all the ppl have a pro account in MEGA?

You can use Software like JDownloader 2 to download the ROMs from mega.nz without problems.
