The phone reboots to that screen then turns off, that is all it does.

If i leave it plugged in it just loops like that for ever.

If i unplug it eventually runs out of battery and turns off.

I bought this off Amazon.ca, but the vendor is no longer active and cannot be contacted - so you are my only hope.

Can you help me or not?

Please advise soonest, as I need this fixed and I also need another new phone for my wife.

If you guys don't support your handsets, then i will go and buy a different brand

Hi, when this started and what have you done with your phone before this happened?

Is there really no support for your phones?

please tell me yes or no.

If there is no support from you for a phone bought in December then I will go and buy a new phone from someone else

Please just respond and tell me

I had the same problem, the Blackview logo didn´t disappear, and I had to make an factory reset.
In the BV6000 is relatively easy once you know how to do it.

First of all, just in case, I suggest to extract the sim cards and the sd card. Once done that you must to power on the phone pressing the "Volume down" button and the "power" button at the same time. Just in case keep pressed the volume button. Then it will appear a menu in chinese, using the volume keys to move you must select one that says something in chinese but with the words MMC. Pressing the back button "<" of the phone you will select the option and then it will delete the data.

It´s like this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RwpUyc7ig5w

I hope this will help you.

Hi There.
Your Cache is corrupted.

This is what I did on a Samsung and I believe it's the same for most phones.
When the phone is turned off, hold down the 'Volume Up Button' and the 'Power Button' together.
Nothing will happen at first, wait 5 or 10 seconds.

A screen will appear with a small list of options. One gives you the option to factory reset the phone, and another option is to 'Delete the Cache'. So, navigate to 'Delete Cache' and click on the power button once. This will run that option and delete the Cache.

Once the cache is deleted, hold down the power button to turn the phone off. Then turn it back on again and it should boot.

I admit, I'm not completely sure this will work on a Blackview phone, but it has worked on a couple of other Android phones, one was a Samsung S4, can't remember the other. It's worth a go.

How you got to this stage could have to do with how the operating system was installed.
If you can go through these options and it still doesn't work, you will need to re-flash the operating system onto the phone. At least you will be able to do this because the phone at least powers up to some extend.

If you do flash the phone, make sure you flash just the pre-loader first. I failed to do this and now I have a hard-bricked phone which I can't turn on. I'm in the process of fixing that.

Please try to flash your phone on the computer and check again.
Below is the flash manual.

When i connect the phone to the PC it is not recognized.

The screen just goes to the Blackview logo and then goes black, and continues in this cycle.

Are you going to replace my phone?

?????

Very disappointed with Blackview

You don't need a "normal" pc connection to flash your phone. You have to connect it turned off and I am shure it will work if you follow the linked manual.
If you really need to change the phone you will have to contact your seller, not Blackview.
