@Don Harry which firmware version do you use? Beginning with 20161223 the issue is fixed. I use 20161011 which is the last stable version for my device. For 20161011 the bug exist and is is not possible to fix it with the patch tool.

We are also getting this exact issue since about 7 days after firing up a brand new BV6000

Hi,
hatte genau das gleiche Problem, such dir bei http://www.needrom.com/category/blackview/ die ROM deiner Wahl aus und folge der Anleitung, nur dass du statt "download" oder "firmware update" "format and download" (oder so) auswählst. Davor aber alles sichern!

I fixed the issue with a clean new ROM from http://www.needrom.com/category/blackview/ - just follow the steps but choose "format and download" (or so) instead of "download" or "firmware update". Just remember to save all your data!
