I had huge problems with the battery management (its closing every App, even my alarm clock, ignoring any settings like the whitelist). Means: with no notification at all on my smartwatch I'm going back to my former Phone for everyday use.
Anyway: I messed around trying to switch to custom roms and now would really appreciate, if you could make the stock rom available for download.

I second this too.  VERY annoying and sorta kills the use of the this phone.
Also why is every reply to a problem on here making us contact:  support02@blackview.hk
How about they interact directly with us on here?  That way everyone can benefit from
solutions/work arounds to problems.

If you can contact the after-sale department, I believe that they can provide the best solutions for dealing with the problems.

Hey. I would really like to get a link to the latest ROM, because my bv 9900pro did not boot after the last update by air.

this was the reply I got a few weeks ago from them:

Phone settings-whitelist settings-put app into whitelist, please check if it works.
And please also check settings-duraspeed, open the app.

This duraspeed app I found using Solid File Explorer.  I played with it's settings a bit with
not much luck.  I ended up disabling duraspeed and my apps seem to stay running providing
I start each important app after a restart of "memory clear"/close background apps.

I also have all battery optimization shut off.

I have buy a eu version but i have received a bv9900pro with build: BC9900Pro_EEA_S900AA_V1.0.......... that mean is a non eu version?
