Hello I just received my 9800 pro and I'm stuck with a problem

I have 2 sim cards one for phone use, one for mobile data

When I turn off WiFi I can use Google play, eBay, adblock browser and so on no problem

But when I try to use Google search, voice assistant, Google news, Google maps, Google lens and some more I can't remember it says I'm offline.

I tried everything
deleting cache on all Google related apps,
Restarting several times
plane mode on/off
swapping sim cards from slot 1 to 2
and so on and so forth

I enabled unrestricted data on all Google apps and much more i tried for hours. Tried settings in the mobile data section ..everything


it still won't work
On my old phone it did work fine

Both sim cards did work in the old phone as well flawlessly.


Please help

The phone is fresh out of the box I installed all my apps in WiFi logged in everywhere and so on, it's just on mobile data it where the problem persist.

Is it that the phon can search online when you connect the WIFI?
First of all, I suggest that you first use a sim card to install in your mobile phone, and open the SIM Tool app setting so that your phone can read this card. Then call to test if the phone card works. If it works, turn on the data switch. If it works, you can go online.
