To charge my phone I need to:
Switch off the phone
Plug the cable (original otg cable)
And then it charge, and I can switch on it still continue to charge.
But when my phone is on, if I connect my cable, nothing.
I've already try a hard reset.

If you have a solution.

I have the same issue on my bv9500 (not PRO).
The Firmware Version is BV_BV9500_V1.0_20181026_20181119-1437.

Reseting to factory defaults doesn't help.

Please perform a factory reset ( =total wipe) from the recovery menu ( http://bbs.blackview.hk/viewtopic.php?f=192&t=334922   ), use the original CHARGING CABLE (not the OTG one!) and report back.

The original cable, wipendata factory and wipe cache data.
Me too, juste a 9500 and same firmware BV_BV9500_V1.0_20181026_20181119-1437.

Yes I have. but the problem still remain. and the battery drain faster. it's 50% battery consume for 6 hours on screen, with normal use.

Ok, a fix will come with a software update.
