Because my screen didn't shut down during call, I tried this for my Blackview BV7000 pro by on Amazon :

Calibrate your Proximity sensor in engineer mode:

- type *#9646633# into the keypad of the phone app
- go to tab "Hardware Testing"
- open "sensor > Light proximity sensor > PS Calibration > Calibration > do calibration

But an error message appear : "Calibration failed".

Can you help me please ?

I am sorry, with the current firmware it is not possible to calibrate the sensor, just to check if it is working.
