I have trying update my bv5000 last night, after it done.. My Phone dont have imei number, without it i cant using network . litter help would you?

If not, I had the same problem with an BV6000 and I've used SN writer, search on youtube.
You also need unzzipped ROM - you need two files from it.

all ready fix it, using *#*#3646633#*#* and try input imei dozen time and it work at last. haha.. now i have bv5000 with android 6.0
