my bv5000 having a problem that is my screen be blackscreen after turn it on

and can't do anything whit it, is there any problem to fix it

please give me solution, i'm confusing bout this problem

It's about one month which i buyed BV5000 and when i switch on the phone it write blackview and the startup does not goes on. I tried without sim and taking away the battery but it is the same. the phone is stuck. have you any solutions??thanks
