Sticker for replacement screen BV 5000

Hi there,
My screen of my BV 5000 is broken so I bought a new screen in order to replace it.
There is a great official video that has been done by Blackview on "How to replace your screen yourself"
Considering the number of customers you have with broken screen, that will be very useful to everyone in this situation.
Now, my issue is about the sticker. You are supposed to have a sticker in order to attach the screen to the phone.
There is absolutely NO INFO on how to get this sticker, neither from websites, nor from your official website or facebook page.
Can you please indicate me how to get one, otherwise I have no idea what your video is made for if we cannot even purchase the pieces needed in the video.
