My phone is NOT muted and the volume is set to full. However, there are no sounds besides the conversation sounds through the little ear speaker. So you hear a conversation, but if you set it to speaker, no sound. No sound on incoming calls. No sound when you enter the settings menu and select a ringtone. No sound when any app plays anything. Vibration works.

Any idea how to solve this? My phone is 3 months old and worked fine until now. I hope the speaker doesn't just die from now to tomorrow. Thanks for any help or sharing if you experienced the same.

yes i have tried a factory reset many times does not solve the issue, still the same since i made my first comment last year, you muta been busy if it takes that long to reaspond ?
