CAMERA PROBLEM!!!!

Front camera is upside down, back camera is inaccessible. Ive updated and flashed new rom, problem still persist. Need help asap!!!

The camera breaks down, you can contact your seller for repair.

Back then i already send back my Phone to saller, but when i get back, camera still not working, saller say he has fix it. But i dont see bv sticker on skru been remove. I suck ,just like they not fix it at all.

I have same problem is it hardware failure of software?
