Conecting BV 5000 to PC

Fri Nov 18, 2016 7:55 pm

So got my hands on that phone and it's just a piece of delicious cake (figuratively ofcourse). But i have a small problem with connecting it to my PC wich runs under Windows 10. There was one odd thing when i first connected it. At first a chose it as MTP, emmideately after it has instaled drivers and phone became visible on "My computer" i gone to internal storage and started copying some music from PC to phone, all was fine until i got an error message on PC that was telling something about that "device is used by another process" or something similar, i didnt payed attention to it. Then the phone was gone from "My computer". I gone to the device manager in Windows and saw that there was an "unidentified device" amongst all others. I switched USB connection to PTP on phone and it was shown again but as "camera". So i want to ask how to resolve this little issue and what is actual diffirence between PTP and MTP connection types.
P.S. I had tried to connect it to my wife's laptop and had the same results on it but without doing anything. I had patiently waited for it to install everything.

I thought i'll get an email notification if someone replies to this one...well i managed to figure this out without tampering with drivers or other files, at some point i noticed that my whole system is kinda slow on start up. So i removed a card reader (the one for MS, microSD, TF and others) and after that i noticed that i am ABLE to connect phone to PC as an MTP without any problems.
