Rear Camera is OFF and Front Camera is flipped

Hi everybody.
Hopefully you have any suggestions for me. I do not want to resent my 2 month old camera to china.
The problems are:
1. missing flip-button (toggle between rear and front camera) in the camera-app
2. No chance to see anything from the rear camera
2. screen of the front camera is always flipped
I do not know when this issue occured, but I can exclude a damage by falling down, dust or water. The phone is not rooted.
Things I tested to solve this problem are:
1. restart
2. installation of an alternativ camera app
3. restart and remove of batteriepack
4. Factory-Reset
5. manuel reinstallation of the latest firmware
May be an older firmware will help, but where to find?
