3G & 4G on America Latina

I want know, how can I do to make LTE or 3G Works?
Or How can I actÃvate the 1900 signal??
Because the Official Page said:
Network Frequency 2G:GSM/900/1800/850/1900MHz
3G:WCDMA900/1900/2100MHz
4G:LTE800/900/1800/2100/2800MHz
Please the phone is amazing, but only this is the Stone in the shoe.
