I have got a BV5000 since decembre 2015.
From this time, I did not receve any update OTA. When I try to update by myself on WIFI, I always got the message that my phone has the last one.
My actual version : BV5000_C1_Blackview_V1.2_20151023.
The main problem is that I need to update to change my screen which is damaged.
I put the first and the last firmware on my SD card, and try a local update. That look like the phone did it (the process took about 5 minutes), but at the end when I look at the phone properties, I get the same firmware version.

Please, I need help.

Most rom published on this forum needs flash tools to install.
If a rom can be installed via local update, we will let uesrs know.
