no image on screen

After turning the phone on the screen it was light and there was no picture.
I have to flash this firmware t89j-jk-bv5000-hd-33pgu-128g16g-1851_BV5000_C1_Blackview_V1.2_20160608_R12release.tar
Now there is a backlight, sound exist when i press the volume buttons, light up when ipress the Home, Menu.
Is it a problem with the screen or I need another firmware version?
