hello . i have a new bv 5000 after a few weeks of using i droped it from my pocket accidental. the screen broke. after a few days i droped it again and it broke again. i spoke with the dealer from romania and they said that it is not warranty. it bought this phone because i think it is rezistent but it proved me wrong. i asked the dealer 3 moth ago to order a new screen because i will pay for it. they did not bring the display after a call a few days ago they replied that they have a problem with the spare parts. so i order a new screen from ebay if they are not able to bring me the display. i asked them if they cand replace it . and of course they said no. the also said that if i droped the phone the warranty of the phone is off.
what solutions do i have? they are right ? the warranty if off?


i have the phone connected on orange romania network. the internet on 4 g is working only if after turning data on i have to make a phone call and after is working. the phone is compatible with the freq of the phone. after reading the forum i see you do not have a solution for this problem yet and i ask you if you can you should find a solution because it it very upseting.

For broken touch screen, you can send email to service@blackview.hk to ask for a new free replacement.
Please do not forget to attach the order number and the image of broken touch screen.
