For the last few days i dont get a notification sound when i get a text/sms message. I havent changed any settings and get the same antares noise i selected for email notification and new wifi available but not for messages any more. Also i dont get the screen notification for them until i unlock the screen which i used to get. Example i just got the noise and screen notif for the email for registering for this forum immediately i did it.

Try a factory reset to see if the problem can be solved.
