Only Start in Factory Mode

Hallo From Germany! I have the following problem: My BlackView starts ALWAYS IN FAKTORY MODE! The battery I had been out. Resart dont work

I have the same problem: yesterday, I switched off my phone and this morning, when switching it on, it opens in Factory Mode. How can I use my phone again, please?
