Problems with Straight Talk Service

I bought this phone the other day and I can't seem to get it to work on straight talk. I set all the apn stuff in correctly and get a very slow connection. Is there any known issues with this phone and straight talk? BV5000 phone.

what you mean by saying straight talk ? you can not make a call ?
