I would be very obliged to you if you could inform me about planned date of OTA (wireless update). I have the old 1.2 firmware and I am not a fan of manual updating. I know for sure that it is much more safe for the User to update the device using brand company OTA updating method. It is a common practice for many respected (and I am sure the Blackview 5000 deserves to be the product of the respected company) companies to provide the user with regular OTA update. The second request is about camera. Do you plan to improve the image processing algorithm? The camera is the main drawback of tis model. Best regards,

so sorry now still no news abou the OTA upgrade, but we will tell our software team your idea and need,
when OTA upgrade is available , we will publish it as soon as possible !
