BV5000 LCD Adhesive Sticker

Dear Blackview, my lcd's BV5000 is broken, there is many of LCD replacement on the online market, but i cannot find where i can get the adhesive sticker for BV5000 LCD? like in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hk1fPwyiJHI can you help me?
