Using universal charger

Hello!
I bought a spare charger from RAVPower 2400mA and a compatible charging cable that fits in the BV5000 charging socket.
I am wondering. Using the original Blackview charger the battery charges very quick. When I am using the universal charger charging takes hours longer.
Well the universal charger specs are ok, it supports quick charging and has enough power. Do you have experience what could cause the long charging time? Is maybe the long charging cable a problem? Unfortunately the BV5000 can not be charged with standard cables as they do not fit in the charging socket.

In my experience, chargers that have 2,2V on the two data pins of the USB port (D+ & D-) are recognized by the phone as a PC USB so it turns on a slow charge.
Also my universal 2A charger was charging slowly with a little current of about only 40ma, then I opened it and I removed the resistor between the +5V pin and the two data pin and now it works perfectly and quickly.
