I am now nearly happy owner of bv5000. Nearly because I had issues with Banggood as phone came in a dirty box, and all accessories where dirty too.. plus finger prints on screen.... No seal on box itself...
Anyway I used phone for a while now and found couple issues.
First one Settings menu is rather blur color, all menu and contacts are like bright color... All writings instead of black are gray and that's really annoying!
I think there is error in firmware with colors and brightness... I have other android 5 phones and they have right colors, this one is just not right!
Pictures are looking fine as they are, so there is something wrong in code itself!
Actually firmware is not finished and is lacking a lot of useful features from 5.1? When you guys plan to finish firmware?
Also whilst phone is in pocket it does weird things opens apps and texts... I think thats when notification pops and screen reacts on any presses.... Very annoying to be honest... Also annoying thing is when you get notification or text there is no way to stop sound of it!!!! On all phones I had you either press any button or power once without unlocking and it will stop playing.. On this phone even with unlocking it wont stop!!!
Camera is good during day time, but in evening quality becomes crap... Anything I need to change to get decent quality?
Actually camera performance is a bit slow, especially in evening. Seems like it tries to do too many corrections?
Hardware wise I had not got yet chance to test it.
As for phone itself its solid I like it. Could be smaller actually. If you want to win market with such phones first thing to consider is a loud ear and out speakers with a good quality microphone!
Nearly every manufacturer puts crappy speakers with noisy microphone. And that's a killer for most serious users! This phone is not so bad on this but still lacks loudness.
If you guys will plan to make another attempt on such phone then ask me what it needs to have to hit high demand worldwide
