vibration missing

10 minutes ago vibration stopped working. I just printed text and vibro simply disappeared. this phone does not fall and did not swim. Rebooting does not help.

Amazingly. Phone lain all night And it worked in the morning.Perhaps such a reaction because of the cold(-10), came from the street and started typing and somewhere in 5 minutes stopped working.What could it be?

Im in Ukraine.I bought 2 phones (one of them is broken screan). Use them more than two months.
