Bv5000 second sim NOT Working when in hotspot

When using hotspot, Data not working for connected devices when using second data sim.
But works on the Bv5000.
Is this a known problem? And is there going to be a fix?

same problem here using bv5000 with android 5.1, except hotspot is not working even using the first sim slot...
- data connection is working on the phone
- usb and bluetooth tethering are working for both the sim slots and any client
- clients can connect to the wifi network but they can't access internet
does anybody know if update to android 6.0 fixes this?
